How it works
Ship something
Create a shipment from packages at one of our warehouses, or send a Buy & Ship request.
Pay for it
Rewards are credited when we confirm your payment, not when you create the shipment. A shipment that is never paid for earns nothing.
Spend it on the next one
Apply your balance when you create your next shipment. The cap is a share of that shipment, so rewards always reduce a bill rather than replace one.
If a shipment is cancelled
Any rewards you applied to it are returned to your balance, and the refund appears in your history with the shipment it came from.
